Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bone grafting is necessary for acetabular bone defect; 2. Revision of hip joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complication of hip infection; 2. Taking drugs that affect bone metabolism in the past three months; 3. Revision of periprosthetic fracture; 4. With serious other diseases.
