20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hip revision surgery; 2. acetabular lateral bone defect requires bone graft or implanted metal pad; 3. acetabular top bone moderate defect (paprosky IIb, IIIa).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection, fractures and severe bone defects around the femoral prosthesis around the prosthesis; 2. the first hip replacement; 3. combined with serious medical diseases; 4. taking drugs affecting bone metabolism in the past three months.
