18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PTH more than 400pg/ml; 2. Resistant to active vitamin D therapy for more than 3 months; 3. Parathyroid gland nodule or adenoma on ultrasonography; 4. Patient who have given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parathyroid gland nodule or adenoma located where ultrasonographic-guided puncture is impossible; 2. Patient who have difficulty in keeping the proper position for puncture; 3. Very low platelet level or severe bleeding tendency.
