Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be diagnosed with degenerative knee osteoarthritis Kellgren-Lawrence Class III and above, ineffective conservative treatment for at least 3 months; 2. Proposed TKA; 3. Intraoperative posterior condyle osteotomy applying the gap balance technique or measured resection technique at random; 4. The observation indexes including osteotomy line, osteotomy quantity and knee joint function after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to known anesthesia and analgesic drugs; (2) Has a history of other serious systemic diseases, including cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency, sequelae of cerebral infarction, etc.; (3) Patients who take sleeping pills and similar drugs such as opioids for a long time; (4) Patients with severe knee deformity, varus degree III or valgus more than degree II; (5) Patients with obvious bone defects, who need to use cushions during operation.
