Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with breast cancer diagnosed according to pathology and / or cytology and imaging can be diagnosed; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Know your own disease diagnosis, condition and treatment; 4. Patients have complete language expression and understanding; 5. Those who voluntarily participated in this study under the principle of informed consent; 6. Patients with PSQI > 7 and carpometer index sleep efficiency < 85%; 7. Not receiving castration therapy (castration therapy, also known as androgen blocking therapy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The first admission of the disease; 2. Combined with important organ dysfunction diseases, nervous system diseases and so on; 3. Take sleeping pills, etc; 4. Patients who have received other psychological interventions, such as relaxation therapy, cognitive intervention, etc.
