Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There were intermittent claudication, lumbago and radiation pain in the lower limbs, decreased skin sensation in one side of the lower limbs, decreased muscle strength, and weakened genu tendon reflex or/and Achilles tendon reflex. 2. Imaging examination indicated that the imaging manifestations of LDH secondary LSS were consistent with clinical symptoms and signs, especially whether the left and right sides of the clinical manifestations were consistent with the left and right sides of the imaging; 3. Failure or recurrent symptoms after formal conservative treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination indicated that patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, and lumbar spinal stenosis had received open surgery due to other factors. 2. Other contraindication for surgery, such as pregnant or lactating women, mental patients, combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systemic diseases, who cannot tolerate surgery after consultation and evaluation by specialists.
