Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of unilateral knee osteoarthritis; 2. Use of prosthesis as fixed platform prosthesis; 3. Use gap balance technique to determine femoral external rotation osteotomy; 4. Obese group BMI > 28; 5. Control group BMI 18.5-23.9.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Osteoarthritis affects other joints of lower limbs, affecting active squatting function of patients; 2. Valgus deformity of knee joint; 3. Incomplete follow-up data or lost interviewees.
