Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) CT or MRI was diagnosed as stroke, vital signs were stable, and neurological symptoms no longer progressed; (2) The first onset, the patient with a course of =23 points, and cooperate with the experimenter; (5) Brunnstrom stage >=IV stage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases; (2) History of chest and lung disease, with symptoms and signs of heart failure; (3) Severe partial neglect, loss of recognition and speech dysfunction; (4) Severe cognitive dysfunction and mental symptoms cannot be matched.
