18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Born as male and had engaed in anal sex with man; 2. Ages within 18 and 65 years; 3. Subjects who reported one or more of the following risk criteria during the last six months: unprotected insertional anal intercourse with male sexual partners; more than 2 male sexual partners; self-reported sexually transmitted infections (STIs) include syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, chancre or venereal lymphogranuloma, etc; had joined PEP but not in the last month. Note: Participants who have a single sexual partner for more than one year with only one HIV-1 seronegative partner or HIV-1 + partner with virological suppression are not allowed to participate in the study. 4. HIV-1 RNA can not be identified by the fourth generation of HIV screening. 5. Comprehensive physical examination (including general physical examination, routine blood and urine examination, blood biochemical examination, etc.) without serious liver and kidney function damage and whose other indicators are within the basic normal range; 6. Complete the informed consent voluntarily.
