Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16-75 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed cirrhosis (by biopsy, imaging examination or clinical manifestation); 3. Obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Common contraindications for HVPG or right heart catheterizaiton (allergy to contrast, severe infection); 2. Diagnosed malignancies; 3. History or plan of TIPS, liver transplantation, and devascularization of blood vessels after spleen resection; 4. Non-cirrhotic portal hypertension; 5. Portal vein thrombosis or cavernous transformation of portal vein; 6. Pregnancy or lactation.
