Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients needing PICCO to monitor the hemodynamics in ICU; 2. aged >=18 years; 3. Voluntary participation in this study; 4. PEEP<7cmH2O,if patients need mechanical ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no sinus rhythm during carry out PICCO monitor; 2. patients with abdominal aneurysm or pneumonectomy or massive pulmonary embolism or blood circulation having the possibility of that blood fluids from left ventricle to right ventricle directly; 3. Stay in ICU less than 24 hours; 4. patients who are not cooperative with doctors to carry out the PICCO monitor.
