Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients received thyroidectomy and neck lymph node dissection in our hospital; (2) Postoperative pathological diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer; (3) Ultrasound examination was performed within 2 weeks before operation; (4) Approved by Hospital Ethics Committee; (5) Examination and treatment with informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with history of thyroidectomy or minimally invasive thyroidectomy; (2) Patients with history of neck lymph node dissection; (3) Patients with history of neck radiotherapy; (4) Rare and highly invasive papillary thyroid cancer (shoe nail-like, high cell type, etc.).
