Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnose or suspect as omphalocele in fetus by B ultrasound after 13 weeks of gestation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) fetus is diagnosed with gastroschisis and umbilical hernia after birth; (2) the fetus guardian does not sign the informed consent.
