Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly residents and their adult family members living in medical and nursing institutions in the investigated areas; 2. The old people and their families living in the community (the old people are over 70 years old, regardless of gender; just One family member is allowed to accept the survey; The family members should be the persons who live with the old people, provide care for the old people directly or bear the costs of supporting the old people, or act as the entrusted agent of the old people); 3. The employees of local institutions integrating medical and nursing care (managers, cleaning, logistics and other service personnel, as well as doctors, nurses, rehabilitators, nurses and other caregivers).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elderly people with severe hearing impairment, severe disability, severe cognitive impairment or other mental illness, acute or terminal stage of serious illness cannot be investigated; Family members are unaware of the elderly's condition; Those who met the inclusion criteria did not want to be investigated.
