Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Sleep snoring more than 5 days a week, sleep time repeatedly holding breath or mouth breathing; 3. The laboratory standard polysomnography confirmed as positional OSA patients; 4. Volunteer to participate in this clinical study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Severe periodontal disease, loose teeth, dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint; patients with less than 10 teeth in the upper or lower jaw; 3. Latex allergy (the oral appliance used in this study contains this ingredient); 4. Severe heart failure or respiratory failure; 5. Severe craniocerebral trauma with skull base fracture; In a coma for the brain; 6. Acute upper respiratory tract infection; 7. The researchers believe that there is any reason not to participate in the test.
