Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old, male or female; 2. Be diagnosed as adenocarcinoma by endoscopic biopsy; 3. The tumor is located in the in the upper third of the stomach(including the esophagogastric junction), preoperative clinical stage: cT1 cN0; 4. physical condition ECOG PS 0 or 1 point; 5. There are no surgical contraindications for the examination of various organ functions before surgery; 6. Laboratory inspection indicators meet the following requirements: Bone marrow function: hemoglobin (Hb) >=90g/L; white blood cell count (WBC) >=normal limit; neutrophil absolute value (ANC) >=1.5x10^9/L; platelet count >=100x10^9/L; Renal function: Cr =55 ml/min; Liver function: total bilirubin 1.5 ULN; ALT and AST 2.5 ULN; Coagulation function: international normalized ratio of prothrombin time <= 1.5 ULN, and partial thromboplastin time is within the normal range; Pre-meal blood glucose: <=7mmol/L; 7. Effective contraceptive measures are required during the study period of women of childbearing age; 8. Patients or their legal representatives voluntarily participate in and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women; 2. severe mental illness; 3. Intraoperative exploration revealed that the tumor was not suitable for proximal gastrectomy or could not achieve the required lymph node dissection; 4. The macroscopic types of the tumor is diffuse infiltration (Borrmanns type IV); 5. Preoperative or intraoperative detection of distant organ metastasis or extensive intra-abdominal metastasis; 6. combined with simultaneous or metachronous other organ tumors; 7. failed to complete radical surgery, palliative resection of the tumor; 8. previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; 9. previous history of neoadjuvant chemoradiation; 10. a serious concomitant disease that may have a survival period of <5 years; 11. Cases that the investigator considered unsuitable for inclusion.
