Age

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic hysterectomy with ASA grade I~III and BMI >=30kg/m2 and <=35kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of allergies to local anesthetics; 2. Long-term use of opioid analgesics, corticosteroids and/or pregnant subjects; 3. II or III degree atrioventricular block, double bundle block, atrial fibrillation , sinus node dysfunction, pacemaker status; 4. currently using beta blockers; 5. liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. lidocaine contraindications.
