Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 50 years; 2. Non-specific low back pain was diagnosed without positive imaging or laboratory examination;Pain or discomfort in one or both sides of the back and lumbosacral area. The pain symptoms lasted for more than 3 months. The chief complaint of pain symptoms was at least 3 days per week. 3. On a numerical scale of 0 to 10, the average intensity of back pain in the past week was >=4 (0= no pain to 10= the most severe pain possible); 4. BDI < 28, no cognitive impairment; 5. Fluent in mandarin or cantonese, able to follow treatment instructions and answer survey questions;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in physical therapy related to lower back pain in the past 6 months, read the manual or waist book on lower back pain.Received a new treatment for lower back pain in the previous month, or is expected to start a new treatment in the next 6 months. 2. The imaging and pathological diagnosis of spinal canal stenosis, severe scoliosis and spondylolisthesis (> 1), ankylosing spondylitis, severe intervertebral disc herniation, sciatica is greater than the history of back pain, always back surgery, vertebral body fracture, kidney stones, active/recent malignant tumor, active/recently other physical symptoms. 3. Significant signs of nerve damage, such as continued numbness, reduced muscle strength, or dystocia. 4. Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia have been diagnosed. 5. Effects/contraindication of scanning fMRI: history of mental diseases, history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, spatial claustrophobia.There are implanted metals (such as artificial joints, dentures, etc.), heart rate regulators or other drug syringes, and tattoos. 6. Sports contraindications or serious infectious diseases, such as fracture, serious heart disease and hypertension;Risk of falls;Serious or progressive neurological disorder, active substance, or alcohol abuse, cervical nerve root disease, chronic medical and/or other significant disability lead researcher thought based on the case to prevent safety and/or fully involved in the research of other serious disability mental illness (for example, severe disability of the active treatment of heart failure or lung disease, hepatitis, mental illness). 7. Pregnant or lactating women. 8. Continued to use painkillers the day before the study;Serotonin reuptake inhibitors, serotonin antagonists, or tricyclic antidepressants were used during the study. 9. On-the-job or planned workers' compensation, disability or personal injury claims. 10. Subjects were not in a good mental state on the day of the fMRI task.
