Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. understand and have signed the informed consent; 2. participant age older than 18 years old; 3. diagnosis of Greater Tuberosity Fractures by X-ray or Scanner, Neer type II or AO class 11-A1-2/3; 4. fractures within 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to understand doctors' advice; 2. other fractures ipsilateral; 3. histroy of open fracture, pathological fracture, rheumarthritis; 4. Associated vascular or nerve injuries; 5. have participated other clinical trials 4 weeks before our study; 6. patients with ipsilateral previous proximal humeral fractures.
