semi-fowler's group:put in 30 degree semi-fowler's position before extubation
horizontal group:put in horizontal position before extubation

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. signed on informed consent; 2. aged >= 18 years; 3. undergoing selective abdominal surgery by general anesthesia with single-lumen tracheal intubation and sent into PACU after surgery; 4. ASA I~III; 5. without contraindications of general anesthesia and intubation, and no allergic history for anaesthetics; 6. no respiratory symptom in a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients' rejection; 2. disorder of respiratory or/and circulatory system, languages impressing,or other diseases affecting the comfort evaluation; 3. intestinal obstruction or/and delayed gastric emptying; 4. difficult airway and full stomach; 5. at high risk of extubation; 6. disagree for the participation from researchers.
