18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged > 18 years; persistent shoulder pain > 3 months; MRI or ultrasound confirmed partial tear of the rotator cuffs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Calcific tendinitis; radiculopathy; frozen shoulder; breast cancer; recent anticoagulant (7-10 days before injection); inflammatory arthritis: ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis, remote supraspinatus tears, pregnancy, severe infections, malignant tumors, hemorrhagic disease; patients with shoulder pain who have previously received extracorporeal shock waves or steroid injections.
