Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be Han-Chinese healthy adults, men and women aged 19 to 24 years with BMI= 18.5kg/m2-23.5kg/m2. Three to six past months metabolically stable and not participated in any clinical trial until the day of study, have no special diet habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering liver and kidney diseases, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, cardiovascular diseases, major systemic diseases, gastrointestinal problems. Subjects taking any drugs or nutraceutical known to influence lipid, glucose or blood pressure.
