Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Colonoscopy patients aged 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. It conforms to the indications of intestinal examination and the examination indications are clear; 3. Patients agreed and signed the informed consent for digestive endoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for colonoscopy include disturbance of consciousness, unstable vital signs, obstruction of the digestive tract, or perforation; 2. Inflammatory bowel diseases include ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease; 3. Severe intestinal infection, or toxic megacolon; 4. Familial adenomatous polyposis, hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer, peutz-jeghers syndrome; 5. Mentally and subjectively unable to cooperate; 6. PEG, simethicone oil contraindication, can't withstand the drug dose; 7. Important organ functions are abnormal; 8. The pregnancy; 9. Participated in other clinical researchers at the same time.
