18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons who have suffered an acute high energy extremty fractures, such as tibial plateau fracture, pilon fracture, calcaneal fracture; Aged 18 to 65 years; Enrolment within 48 h of injury; Recieve internal fixiation in orthopeadic; Signed consultation with the investigator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Open fractures; HBOT controindication or not suit for HBOT; History operation at injury site; Follow up not available.
