Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand and have signed the informed consent; 2. Participant age older than 18 years old; 3. Diagnosed as distal clavicle fracture by CT Scanner and X-ray; 4. Normal shoulder functions before injury; 5. Patients with fractures less than 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious injuries to either upper limb that would interfere with rehabilitation; 2. Patients with a pathological, recurrent or open clavicle fracture; 3. History of previous shoulder surgery; 4. With mental diseases unable to make decisions and understand doctors' advice; 5. Have participated other trials 4 weeks before our study.
