Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident populations: (1) Age ranging from 18 to 60 years; (2) Signing informed consent; (3) Continuous residence in plateau area for 5 years or more; (4) No smoking history or smoking cessation for more than one year. 2. Short-lived populations: (1) Age ranging from 18 to 60 years; (2) Signing informed consent; (3) Continuous residence in plateau area for one month or more; (4) No smoking history or smoking cessation for more than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Resident populations: (1) Suffering from serious chronic diseases, such as heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc. (2) Having undergone major operations (such as orthopaedics, cardiopulmonary, gastrointestinal and other operations) within half a year. 2. Short-lived populations: (1) Suffering from serious chronic diseases, such as heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc. (2) Having undergone major operations (such as orthopaedics, cardiopulmonary, gastrointestinal and other operations) within half a year.
