Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic cerebral infarction, have been diagnosed by CT or MRI; 2. First time onset; 3. Stable condition, clear consciousness and good oral expression and comprehension ability 4. Cognitive impairment was confirmed by simple intelligent state scale (MMSE), and MMSE score <=24; 5. Patients who can cooperate to complete the whole treatment cycle and have signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Speech screening can not complete the two-step instruction; 2. Obvious Mental retardation and dementia before stroke; 3. Severe disturbance of consciousness, visual impairment and aphasia; 4. Concomitant with other diseases such as Parkinson's disease that may cause cognitive impairment; 5. History of mental illness; 6. Patients with malignant tumor, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney failure and other dangerous diseases; 7. contraindications to MRI.
