Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In the chronic hepatitis b prevention guide "diagnostic criteria of chronic hepatitis b virus infection, HBV - DNA or 1 x 106 iu/ml immune tolerance for pregnant women, the house at 24 to 28 weeks began to block for than, or for the purpose of oral tenofovir maternal and infant, gestational age 37w - 42w, baby weight 2500 g, or observation group continued breastfeeding (including mixed feeding) 3 to 6 months. Ensure that the subjects voluntarily choose to participate in this study and are eligible for follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with hepatitis b immune tolerance but without intrauterine blockade, chronic hepatitis b patients who received anti-viral treatment before pregnancy, hepatitis activists during pregnancy, severe gestational complications and complications, such as gestational heart disease, severe preeclampsia, poor blood glucose control of gestational diabetes mellitus, premature delivery, FGR, etc. People with severe medical complications are not suitable for breastfeeding.
