Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Early esophageal cancer or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia was confirmed pathologically, and neither distant nor lymph node metastasis was detected; The tumor circumferential extent >75%; The patient can tolerate ESD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Additional surgery or chemoradiotherapy should be conducted according to the pathologic result of ESD;Peoforation occurred in ESD or dilation; Informed consent cannot be obtained.
