Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand and accept the constraints of the study,Give written consent for the study after having received clear information; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Patients with tibial plateau fracture demonstrated on CT-scan and X-rays; 4. Patients with fractures less than 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to make decisions and understand doctors' advice; 2. With mental diseases; 3. Patients with concomitant fracture(s) or condition(s) during the trauma reducing the range of motion; 4. Concomitant injury with popliteal artery or nervus peroneus communis; 5. Have participated other trials 4 weeks before our study.
