Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient takes part in the test voluntarily and signs the informed consent statement; 2. TBSA >= 30%, or III degree TBSA >= 10%; 3. Admitted within 28 hours after injury; 4. Aged between 18 to 65 years, no gender limitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with tumor, AIDS, diabetes or autoimmune diseases; 2. Patient with specific infection such as tuberculosis, legionella and others; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding woman; 4. Patient with systemic failure; 5. Patient with coagulation dysfunction; 6. Patient who suffered cardiac infraction or cerebrovascular accident within past 6 months; 7. Patient who has poor adaptivity and cannot complete treatment schedual of the trial; 8. Patient who has a serious disease of the heart, liver or kidney, or had a blood producing disorder, and inclination to bleed or bleeding disease;
