Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnostic criteria for malnutrition, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, Tourette syndrome, recurrent respiratory tract infection in the observation group and health check-up criteria for 14 years old children in the control group were included in the observation group and in the control group, respectively, according to the criteria of malnutrition, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and Tourette syndrome. All the patients were clinical cases, and the family members agreed to participate in the study and sign informed consent form, which was approved by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Except for diseases with a definite cause, such as clear chromosomal karyotype abnormalities, genetic metabolic diseases, thyroid dysfunction, intracranial tumors, central nervous system infections, perinatal abnormalities caused by hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, known genetic syndrome and genetic diseases. All subjects and their 3 excluded children with congenital deformities such as trachea, lungs, heart, or other severe organ dysfunction. Children with congenital immune dysfunction or congenital respiratory disease were excluded. Children who had recently been treated with immunosuppressants or immunoenhancers were excluded.
