Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. voluntary to attend this study signed the informed consent; 2. more than 6 years of age; according to the who standards, the subjects should be diagnosed as type 1 diabetes; 3. typical syndrome when TIDM was diagnosed; 4. complicated with Ketosis (acidosis) when TIDM was diagnosed; 5. Insulin dependence for more than 6 months; 6. duration of TIDM was 3 months to 5 years; 7. SMBG at least three times per day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Researchers think that the patients does not fit for this research; 2. once diagnosed as unconscious hypoglycemia; 3. Ketosis (acidosis) or acute myocardial infarction occurred during three months; 4. Pregnancy test shows positive, lactating women, those who disagree with effective contraceptive measures during the study period; 5. Allergy to medical viscose; 6. Steroid drugs in use; 7. Before the start of the study, CGM monitoring has been used for 4 months.
