18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged between 18 to 50 years; 2. X-ray, CT, MRI or SPECT confirms the diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and the ARCO stage is ARCO II, IIIA or IIIB(younger than 40); 3. The presence of hip joint symptoms like pain or limping; 4. Patient is willing to undergo the surgery; 5. Without other operative contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Necrosis of the femoral head has progressed to collapsing stage with the area larger than 4mm (ARCO IIIC, IV); 2. SPECT indicated catabolic concentration at the necrotic focus; 3. Trauma or surgery history of the involved hip joint; 4. Combined with other diseases like osteoarthritis, developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) or rheumatoid arthritis; 5. Patient are willing to undergo regular surgical treatment; 6. Combined with other severe diseases; 7. Unable to finish the two-year follow-up.
