Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 weeks before pregnancy in our hospital for the first prenatal examination, serum TSH FT4 TPOAb was determined; 2. TSH ranged from 0.1 to 10.0mIU/L, FT4 in the early trimester (0-13+6 weeks) ranged from 6.67 to 13.86pmol/L, and FT4 in the second trimester (14-27+6 weeks) ranged from 5.79 to 12.70 pmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unnatural conception; 2. multiple pregnancy; 3. any medications (glucocorticoid antiepileptics or dopamine) that affect thyroid function during pregnancy; 4. has a history of thyroid disease or thyroid related surgery; 5. previous chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes or serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 6. combined with other autoimmune diseases found before or during pregnancy; 7. incomplete clinical data.
