Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) possessing the registered permanent residence in Beijing; (2) urban resident; (3) aged 60–80 years; (4) normal daily living activity; (5) free of neurological and psychiatric disorders and traumatic brain injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) schedule conflict with the intervention program; (2)scored more than 28 on CES-D; (3)MMSE<18.
