Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of the disease but are functional; (2) Aged 22 to 40 years; (3) On the 3rd to 5th day of menstruation, the whole set of sex hormones were normal or were in normal range after basic treatment. (4) Hysterosalpingography or hysterosalpingography or laparoscopy suggest that at least one side of the fallopian tube is unobstructed. (5) The male had normal semen routine examination. (6) Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Infertility caused by congenital physiological defects or malformations. (2) Immune infertility. (3) Infertility caused by genetic factors. (4) Other endocrine abnormalities or diseases such as thyroid dysfunction, adrenocortical dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia, hypothalamic amenorrhea, etc. (5) Patients with high gonadotropin levels such as premature ovarian failure and ovarian insensitivity syndrome. (6) Infertility caused by genital organic lesions and pituitary tumors. (7) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases and psychosis. (8) Bad habits or environment. (9) On the 2nd to 5th day of menstrual cycle, the ovaries have no echo area of more than 10 mm.
