Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes with pulmonary tuberculosis, older than 18 years old, conscious, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign informed consent; (2) The intelligence is normal, can cooperate with and adhere to the inspection, control and protein diet intervention, and can complete the diet record by themselves or others, and there is no history of mental illness; (3) Nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS-2002) score <3 points (orally ingested, nutritional status can be improved).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-T2DM and DM patients with unclear diagnosis; (2) Patients who did not receive systemic anti-tuberculosis treatment or persisted treatment for less than one month, primary PTB, hematogenous disseminated PTB and other extrapulmonary TB; (3) T2DM patients with severe complications such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) Patients with malignant tumors and other major physical diseases; (5) Patients who have received psychological or psychiatric treatment; (6) Patients who did not receive dietary surveys, assessments, and interventions during follow-up; (7) Protein allergies; (8) Nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS-2002) score >=3 points (requires parenteral nutrition therapy).
