Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I~II, preoperative general anesthesia patients with intestinal preparation, aged 18 ~65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe arrhythmia; 2. Carotid artery stenosis, >50%, aneurysm, artery dissection, artery embolization; 3. Heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, EF<50%; 4. Younger than 18 years old; 5. Non-general anesthesia; 6. Severe peripheral vascular disease; 7. Chronic kidney disease; 8. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 9. Difficulty in ultrasonic measurement; 10. The pregnancy.
