Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary participants aged 30-65 who have lived in the area for more than five years. There were at least two blood lipid tests in half a year. The serum total cholesterol was 5.18-6.21 mmol/L, and the serum triglyceride was 1.70-2.25 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women, allergic constitution or allergic to this sample. 2. Complicated with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, psychiatric patients. 3. Those who have taken lipid-lowering drugs in the past two weeks, which affects the judges of the results. 4. Hospitalized patients with hyperlipidemia. 5. Those who did not take the intervention according to the regulations during the preliminary experiment.
