Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, patients with typical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux: heartburn, reflux and age-gender matched group. 2. Symptoms persisted for more than three months, and more than three times a week. 3. HRM,24h pH-impedance monitoring and gastroscopy were performed in our hospital. 4. Sign informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Received antibiotics in the last 8 weeks;Those who have received acid suppression therapy or power boosting drugs in the last 2 weeks. 2. Previous history of gastroesophageal surgery. 3. Oral, digestive or systemic infection. 4. Endoscopic examination showed esophageal and gastric varices. 5. Poor blood pressure, hemoglobin, oagulation and other basic conditions. 6. Patients who are taking drugs that affect blood clotting. 7. Pregnant women. 8. Contraindication to endoscopy and esophageal acid and pressure testing.
