30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed adenocarcinoma of rectum preoperatively; 2. With the lower edge of the tumor to anal verge less than 6cm; 3. WHO performance status less than 2; 4. Without preoperative chemoradiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with metastasis; 2. Combined with colon cancer; 3. Rectal operation history; 4. Emergency surgery.
