20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic liver tumor resection; 2. Aged 20 to 70 years; 3. ASA grade I-III. 4. Single metastatic or primary liver tumor lesions, tumor size less than 5 cm; or multiple lesions less than or equal to 3, and diameter less than or equal to 3 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for percutaneous puncture: including severe coagulopathy, local or systemic infections, local anesthetic drug allergy, etc.; 2. Mental illness; 3. Chronic pain, regular use of analgesics; 4. Body mass index >40 kg/m2; 5. Patients with ascites formation.
