18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged >18 years old; 2. Ability to listen, read, write and communicate; 3. Have a mobile phone and can use an app like WeChat; 4. Signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unable to communicate properly or have neurological disorders; (2) With severe organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, kidney and lung; (3) Died within 3 months after discharge; (4) Cannot understand and sign the informed consent form.
