Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 60 years; 2) BMI>=28kg/M2; 3) Understand and sign the informed consent; 4) Able to cooperate with diet or intramuscular injection treatment and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) diabetes; 2)endocrine disease induced obesity (hypercortisolism, hypothyriodism, etc.); 3) Significant abnormalities in heart, lung, liver and kidney; 4) Participate in other clinical studies during the same period; 5) Pregnant and lactating women; 6) medullary thyroid carcinoma or family history; 7) tumor history; 8) take weight-loss drug within 3 months.
