Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Understand and comply with the protocol of trial; (2) With Signature on informed consent form; (3) Chinese, aged 25 to 50 years; (4) With experience of more than 10 000 endoscopic cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cannot comply with the protocol of training; (2) Pregnancy or lactation.
