50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 80 years; 2. BMI 18 to 28; 3. Herpes zoster within 1 month after onset of the rash; 4. Dermatome below C6, beyond L1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation abnormalities including use of coumarin anticoagulants; 2. Bacterial infection of the skin overlying the vertebra of the affected dermatome; 3. Allergy to drug or instrument used in the treatment; 4. Known serious immune disorders (eg, AIDS, malignant tumor); 5. Diabetes or other severe organ dysfunction.
