Interventions

Group A:Hysteroscopic transuterine resection of adhesion (TCRA)
Group A:4 mg/day oestradiol valerate for 21 days,and 1 mg/d cyproterone acetate was given as artificial cycle treatment for the last 10 days
Group B:Hysteroscopic transuterine resection of adhesion (TCRA)
Group B:100 mg/d aspirin and 4 mg/d oestradiol valerate for 21 days,and artificial cycle treatment of 1 mg/d cyproterone acetate was given during the last 10 days

20 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with intrauterine adhesions by hysteroscopy, all patients with a history of infertility and a need for pregnancy, and patients who were reviewed again with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection, other diseases of the uterus, hormone-dependent diseases and malignant diseases, and patients who received hormone therapy within 3 months before surgery.
