Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have read and signed the consent; 2. Participant aged 60 to 80 years; 3. Diagnosed 3- or 4-part proximal humeral fractures,AO/OTA group 11-B2 and 11-C2, Both B and C type includes subgroups:[1], Displaced [2], Impacted [3] from the universal modifiers list; 4. Fracture within 2 weeks; 5. No obvious contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to understand the written and spoken; 2. With mental diseases and unable to understand the clinical trial; 3. With other fractures in the same shoulder; 4. History of previous fracture or operations in the same side; 5. Patients have an another fracture in the post operative period during the follow-up; 6. Histroy of open fracture, pathological fracture, rheumarthritis; 7. Associated vascular or nerve injuries.
