Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Female 18-55 years old; 2) Clear diagnostic results of nonspecific low back pain; 3) Pain lasts for more than 3 months; 4) Average pain score (NRS 10 points) greater than 4 points; 5) Agree to suspend drug intake and no new medical treatment plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Suspected or confirmed severe spinal lesions (spinal fractures, metastases, inflammatory or infectious diseases, cauda equina syndrome)/Extensive Nervous System Diseases) and Nerve Injury; 2) Sports contraindications or serious infectious diseases such as fracture, serious heart disease, hypertension, cancer, etc.; 3) Any recent surgical plan; 4) Back or neck surgery in the past three years, specific back or neck surgery (e.g., spinal stenosis surgery) or osteoporotic vertebral fracture; 5) Pregnant and lactating women; 6) With cognitive impairment; 7) Has Tai Chi training experience; 8) The residence distance is more than 10 kilometer from the sixth courtyard of Zhongda University.
